Key Responsibilities

Define the Vision

• Own the long-term Salesforce architecture strategy and roadmap.

• Align platform capabilities with business objectives and growth plans.

• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging Salesforce technologies and innovations.

Architect for Scale

• Design enterprise-grade solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Establish architectural standards, frameworks, and best practices.

• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and future-ready.

• Guide complex integration, data, and automation strategies.

Lead Through Influence

• Act as the trusted advisor for executive stakeholders and business leaders.

• Partner with Product, Delivery, Operations, and Engineering teams to solve critical business challenges.

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.

Elevate the Salesforce Practice

• Mentor architects, developers, administrators, and platform engineers.

• Drive technical excellence and foster a culture of continuous learning.

• Lead architecture reviews and provide strategic guidance on major initiatives.

Drive Platform Excellence

• Establish governance, security, and release management standards.

• Reduce technical debt and improve platform health.

• Champion modern development practices, DevOps, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Salesforce experience, including 2+ years in an architectural capacity.

• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform Cloud.

• Strong understanding of integration patterns, data architecture, security, and governance

• Proven success leading full-cycle Salesforce implementations for large enterprises.

• Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, platform design, and solution delivery.

• Strong leadership, communication, and solution design capabilities.

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.

• Salesforce Certifications (Preferred)
