About the Role

The Salesforce Solution Architect at Hyperion is the strategic leader responsible for envisioning and delivering end-to-end Salesforce ecosystems that align technology with business value. You will define architectures, guide development teams, and lead clients through transformative digital journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and govern multi-cloud Salesforce architectures aligned with business goals.

• Translate complex business needs into scalable, secure technical designs.

• Lead technical teams across design, development, and deployment phases.

• Oversee data modeling, integration frameworks, and performance optimization.

• Collaborate with C-level stakeholders to drive digital strategy and innovation.

• Contribute to pre-sales solutioning and proposal development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Salesforce experience, including 2+ years in an architectural capacity.

• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform Cloud.

• Advanced knowledge of Apex, LWC, Integration Patterns, and Data Architecture.

• Proven success leading full-cycle Salesforce implementations for large enterprises.

• Strong leadership, communication, and solution design capabilities.

Preferred Credentials

• Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA track certifications.

• Experience with API-led integration, multi-org strategy, and Salesforce DevOps frameworks.

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and governance best practices.
