About the Role

We are seeking a Salesforce Platform Engineer Intern who is interested in building scalable Salesforce solutions, managing environments, supporting DevOps processes, and ensuring platform reliability. This role focuses on platform engineering, architecture foundations, deployment processes, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Salesforce deployment and release management processes.

• Assist in maintaining and optimizing Salesforce environments.

• Configure and monitor platform security and governance controls.

• Assist with CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance.

• Support environment management across Sandbox, UAT, and Production.

• Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues.

• Work with development teams to implement scalable solutions.

  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator Certification Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification. Platform Developer I) are a plus.

• Exposure to Salesforce DX.

• Familiarity with DevOps Center.

• Exposure to GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
