Salesforce Business Analyst

About the Role
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be the connective force between business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams. You will gather requirements, define processes, and design solution blueprints that maximize the potential of the Salesforce platform. This role demands analytical depth, business acumen, and a passion for precision.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
Translate business objectives into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Analyze, re-engineer, and optimize existing business processes using Salesforce capabilities.
Support UAT, data migration, and post-deployment validation activities.
Partner with developers and QA to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions.
Contribute to strategic discussions on solution design, adoption, and process improvement.
Advocate for best practices, standardization, and governance within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ or other quoting tools preferred.
Integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or similar middleware.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication skills — both technical and business-oriented.
Proficiency with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Lucidchart.
Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking ability.
Must-Have Qualifications
Professional Experience: 1–2 years of total professional experience within the Information Technology or CRM sector.
Business Analysis Background: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or a related role in a corporate or consulting setup.
Salesforce Implementation Experience: Proven experience in managing or supporting Salesforce implementation or enhancement projects of mid-to-large scale. (Mandatory)
Salesforce Ecosystem Expertise: Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform — including Objects, Workflows, Validation Rules, Process Builder, Flows, and Security Models.
Cloud Knowledge: Practical familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, and the ability to leverage their capabilities to design optimized business processes.
